How it works
Invite-based onboarding, then day-to-day HR in one place
You do not create an account and start a trial yourself. We review the organisation, create the workspace, and your admin takes it from there.
Getting started
- Request access
Tell us about your organisation. No credit card.
- We create the workspace
Reviewed within one business day.
- Invite your people
Admin sets leave — and payroll when enabled.
Getting started
Three steps to a live workspace
Step 1: Request access
Tell us your organisation name, a contact, and company size. There is no self-serve signup and no credit card at this step. We review requests within one business day.
Step 2: We create your workspace
Our team provisions a dedicated organisation, assigns a plan and seat limit, and invites your admin. Your data stays in that tenant — other companies cannot see it.
Step 3: Admin sets the rules
Your admin configures leave types, yearly allocations, holidays, Saturday-off, approval mode, departments, and branding. Then they invite managers and employees. Payroll settings wait until Salary & Payroll is on.
Leave, every week
Apply, approve, see who is in
After people are invited, this is the loop. Read more in the approval workflow guide.
Someone applies
The employee (or manager, for themselves) picks a leave type, dates, and full / half / short duration. Paid versus unpaid intent is on the request. The app checks balance, overlaps, Sundays, holidays, and Saturday-off before it accepts the request.
The right person decides
Depending on your mode, a manager, an admin, or both in sequence approve or reject. They can approve as paid or unpaid. In-app alerts go out on every plan; leave emails are on Starter and above.
Balances and Today update
Paid approved leave reduces yearly allocation. Unpaid approved leave does not. The calendar and Today board show who is Working, On leave, or Off — from leave and the holiday calendar, not from a punch clock.
Payroll, each month
When Salary & Payroll is on
LOP is taken from approved unpaid leave, not from missing punches. Details are in how LOP is calculated.
Set salaries once
Admin records Basic, HRA, other earnings, and optional deductions per employee, plus join and last-working-day dates used for pro-rata.
Draft the month
Generate a draft payroll run. LOP days are approved unpaid leave in that payable window. Working days exclude Sundays, Saturday-off, and holidays.
Finalize and share slips
Review, then finalize. Employees open their payslip and use Print → Save as PDF. Drafts can still be regenerated; finalized rows are the record.
Start with a request, not a credit card
Share your organisation details. We will follow up about workspace setup, plan, and seats.
